What is the attire for the weekend and wedding?

Answer

Wedding weekend is casual, but we expect the wedding and reception to be a bit nicer. No suit jackets are expected (it will be HOT!), but not beach attire either.

The closest airport to Tilghman Island is Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) airport. Google maps indicates it's about an hour and 40 minutes from the island.

Can we hang out at the Inn even if we're not staying there?

Answer

Yes! The Black Walnut Point Inn property is all ours for the weekend! Feel free to drive or bike over and use the pool, play yard games or simply enjoy the view of the Chesapeake Bay and Choptank River. Please respect the space (rooms and cabins) of the guests staying at the Inn.

Can I use the facilities at the Inn if I'm not staying there?

Answer

The Inn has capacity limits for the use of its facilities, so if you're not staying at the Inn, please use the restroom trailer located next to the Inn.
