How to do I get to the Wedding from another on-site hotel?

Answer

If not staying at Loews Portofino Hotel where the wedding will be located, there are several options to get there from another onsite hotel. (Keep in mind all water taxi’s and buses go to City Walk.) First, if staying at a water taxi hotel, you can ride it to the city walk and hop of Portofino’s water taxi. Second, you can take the hotel’s bus over to the City Walk and get on Portofino’s bus. Third, you can self park at the hotel for $15 or do valet for $25.

Where is the wedding?

The wedding itself will be at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel which is an onsite hotel at Universal Orlando Resort. The exact location in the hotel will be provided closer to the event.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be at the same hotel as the wedding, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel. We are not doing a traditional reception, however, and will just have a lovely meal and cake!

What are the different Halloween Horror Night options and do I need to RSVP to them?

Answer

There are various price points based on the type of experience one is looking for. There are general admission tickets, Express Pass add-ons, and R.I.P. Tours available. General admission ticket for HHN is currently $111.82 per person for the 8th (including tax). If you purchase a ticket to the parks during the day that DOES NOT give you entry to HHN. They are two separate events requiring two separate tickets. This option will work for those not wanting to do the haunted houses but want to explore the scare zones, attend the shows, do the rides, and take in the atmosphere. Express Passes are also sold for this event at an additional price. HIGHLY recommend if wanting to do the haunted houses. You get to skip the general admission line and go through a quicker line. (Please understand that you will still have to wait in a line, but it moves faster than the general admission line). This is the only way to ensure you will experience all the houses and rides if not participating in the tour. We purchase this every year and can do all the houses in just a few hours. Prices are not yet available for this addition. We are doing a Private R.I.P. Tour for our after-wedding event. It is for a group of up to 12 family/friends at $590.96 per person. This is a hefty price, but it includes many benefits and a move at your own pace tour. What is included: free appetizers and dessert to start the evening, unlimited font of line access to all haunted houses and rides (NO LINES and can repeat the houses if desired), priority seating at the shows, and our own beverage stations located throughout the park. We need to know who will participate in this tour with us as we will need to reserve an additional group before they sell out.
