Want to know what to wear to our wedding, what the weather will be like and answers to other important questions? Find out below!
Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love ALL of your little ones! However, to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and fun, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring guests / plus ones not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Otherwise, due to the limited space, we will only be able to accommodate the guest who was formally RSVP'd.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting at least cocktail attire for our evening. Please wear whatever color you like, except white. Please do not wear blue jeans or tennis shoes. Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Garden- friendly shoes are suggested for women.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive prior to find a seat (not a side!) and settle in. As a reminder if you arrive early, wine tasting with the groom is from 3:30 - 4:15 PM.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather has historically been in the mid 70's during the day and the low 60's at night. But please be sure to check weather conditions beforehand to avoid any surprises.

Question

How long will the ceremony last?

Answer

About 20-30 minutes.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will be held on a grass lawn and the reception will be under a covered veranda. Both will be held on the same venue grounds.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, please enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from 5:00 - 5:45 PM. The reception will follow at 5:45 PM.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will have an opportunity to note any dietary restrictions.

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! … or by September 18, 2022.

Question

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is space to park at the C'est la Vie venue space. Please note there are no valet services.

Question

Are there any COVID-19 restrictions or requirements?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outside. We ask that everyone take reasonable precautions to avoid possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus in the days leading up to the wedding. If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or cough, please stay home and let us know as soon as possible that you are unable to attend.

Question

How do I contact you if I have other questions?

Answer

If you have any other questions, please email us at futurebeltrans@gmail.com.
