The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Can I bring a guest?

If you received an invitation with a plus-one, please be sure to RSVP for them as well. If you’re unsure about your invitation, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is there parking available?

DoubleTree Hotel offers complimentary event parking. For those who opt to stay at the hotel, overnight parking is available at a rate of $18, plus tax.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at DoubleTree Hotel Ontario. The ceremony will be located in the courtyard with the reception immediately following in the DoubleTree ballroom.

Will there be vegetarian options available at the wedding?

Yes! We’ve made sure to include a delicious vegetarian option on our menu. If you're vegetarian, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure your meal is perfect for you. We want everyone to enjoy the food and feel taken care of!
