Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both being held at the Baton Rouge zoo. The ceremony is in front of the giraffe exhibit and the reception is being held at the pavilion. Baton Rouge Zoo: 3601 Thomas Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70807 225-775-3877

What time should we be there?

The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM on August 23rd. Please feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes early to start mingling!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite semi formal attire. Please be aware that this is an outdoor event, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!

Will there be refreshments?

Answer

Yes! There will be barbecue chicken, beef brisket, sodas, and desserts.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

There will be music flowing through the night, as well as various games and a dance floor.
