Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Hotel 100 Coronado Dr, Clearwater, FL 33767

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block for $329 for the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. See link below or see the "Travel" tab. https://book.passkey.com/go/RohrigGuaettaWedding We also have room blocks for many hotels within walking distance depending on your vibe and preferences! Please see the "Travel" tab for recommended options but you are free to pick wherever your heart desires!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is both indoors and outdoors weather permitting. The ceremony will happen on the pool terrace outside, the cocktail hour will be on the balcony, family and friend pictures will be taken on the beach, and the party will be inside in the Pelican Ballroom that has a lovely balcony overlooking Clearwater Beach.

What should I wear?

Answer

Costal chic – think light fabrics, linen, sundresses, and breathable suits. It's beautiful in May but can get a little warm and want everyone to be comfortable and looking their best for pictures we can look back on for years to come!

How far is the venue from the airport?

Answer

St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is ~25-30 minutes, and Tampa International is ~30-35 minutes traffic permitting from the venue (during peak hours can get a little backed up on the bridges).

Will there be food and drink?

Answer

Of course – we would never do you like that! Chef Joe will make sure there are plenty of options and many drinks will be had at our open bar. Options to chose from will be included on formal invitations to come!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are hoping for an unplugged ceremony so our amazing photographers can get great shots of everyone and we can all be in the moment. And then we encourage all the photos before and afterwards and don't forget to share with Jen!

Do I need a car?

Answer

Not necessarily – many hotels, restaurants, and beaches are walkable or accessible via rideshare. We know we have a lot of our loved ones coming from out of town so we wanted everything close together with lots to do in the beautiful Clearwater Beach area so you don't have to drive. Additionally there is also a trolly that will take you around and has a stop right outside the hotel!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will transition into cocktail hour that will be located at the same venue followed by dinner, dancing, and celebrating late into the evening. Come ready for a night full of love, laughter, and a packed dance floor!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

If you know you are able to join the party or won't be able to attend let us know as soon as possible via our RSVP tab. Last cut off date by March 1, 2027.

Are there dietary accommodations?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your RSVP on our formal invites, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!
