5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Cocktail Hour will go from 5pm-6pm. Drinks and appetizers will be served at this time. Bride and Groom Grand Entrance will be at 530pm, please arrive before then. First Dance and Games will be from 545pm-7pm. There will be speeches from the bride & groom, as well as their family during this time. Pro Tip: To arrive safely to the event, follow the instructions below: When coming along King George to the event southbound: turn left onto 40th Avenue, then you will see open gates on the left hand side; this is the entrance to the venue. When coming along King George to the event northbound: turn right onto 40th Avenue, then you will see open gates on the left hand side; this is the entrance to the venue.
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dinner will be served at 7pm. Dinner will be presented as buffet style. Vegetarian options will be available. During dinner there will be prepared speeches from friends and family. At 9:15pm cake will be cut & served.
