STUFFED CHICKEN ROULADE:
Bone out chicken stuffed with spinach, prosciutto and fontinella cheese  garnished with a medley of vegetables and natural jus. Served with au gratin potatoes.

MEDALLIONS OF BEEF:
Prime slices of beef tenderloin served with au gratin potatoes and a medley of vegetables and a mushroom sauce.

KIDS (ages 3-11)
Chicken tenders with french fries.
