Surprise! We got Married!

Jennifer and Jamar met the modern way: by swiping right on Tinder (swoon!) in 2014. Their first date started off rocky when Jam showed up 20 minutes late - Jenn only waiting around to tell him how rude his tardiness was but decided against it once he arrived and she was stricken by his handsome good looks (he made me put that in there). However, their date ended up lasting 5 hours with tons of laughs and great conversation. They have been together ever since! A few of Jenn and Jam's favorite memories from their time together: Attending many concerts and shows, Jam teaching Jenn how to snowboard, Jenn teaching Jam how to play volleyball, traveling around the world, and lots of trips to the beach. Jamar proposed to Jen at the same restaurant where they had their first date! It was Jamars birthday and Jennifer said YES to being the best gift he will every receive in his life. Rings were presented, hugs and kisses were shared, and it was an amazing night.

Although we would have loved to have a large celebration, we decided to focus on purchasing our home in California in lieu of a wedding. After 7 years together, we are excited to live our lives as husband and wife and continue to share our love with you; our family and friends. Thank you for being in our lives, we love you and look forward to making up for lost time that Covid stole from us over the last two years.
