Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual. Think cocktail or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or refined skirts and blouses for women, and dress slacks with a button-down paired with a jacket or tie for men. A polished, elevated look is encouraged. Please feel free to remove your jackets for the reception as that is more relaxed

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Are guests needed after the ceremony or can we head to the reception right away?

Answer

We ask that all guests stay after the ceremony to ensure we can get all family and group photos that we would like. We understand this will take some time but we would love to have as many photos with you that we can.

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available beside the pavilion at Coe Lake. Valet Parking for the reception is located at 2060 E 4th Street Cleveland OH. You will have to pay full price when parking but you will be reimbursed as you leave so the cost is only $14. The parking is a short walking distance to Butcher and the Brewer.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have a professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast. The pavilion is covered so we will not need to worry about the rain :)

Will there be a seating chart for the reception?

Answer

Yes and no; initially yes there is a seating chart, however once everyone is done eating feel free to move around or pull chairs over to other tables!
