5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Let’s gather at Jen & Ian’s favorite Flag brewery, named after John Steinbeck’s moniker for Route 66 in the Grapes of Wrath. Have to carb load for the paddle trip…
5:30 am - 5:00 pm
Attire: Swim suit, long sleeve but lightweight shirt for sun protection, sunscreen, sandals, hat, sunglasses, dry bag for your phone, more sunscreen.
Plan to be up early, wear lots of sunscreen, and paddle one of the coolest and dreamiest sections of the mighty Colorado River! We’ll carpool from Flagstaff up to Page and back. More info to come here!
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Come join us for the Ian-founded, and Ian-sustained long standing tradition of Pizza Friday. We’ll be hanging out at the High Country Motor Lodge lounge and would love to see you!
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Summer Mountain Forest Meadow Attire: Wear whatever you want! Sundresses, floral prints, dress pants, dress shirts, suit if you’re feeling fancy. Footwear selection is critical: there will be a 10 min hike on a dirt trail to the ceremony location - we recommend shoes that you can take on a trail and in a grassy meadow! Party shoes can come back out after!
We’ll email information on where to walk from the Aspen Corner parking area to the ceremony - please read the attire suggestions if you’ve not already, and pack all your shoes! The ceremony will start at 4:30. We recommend arriving by 4pm to make your way to the site and enjoy the scenery. After the ceremony, we’ll toast and take photos, before heading back to town. Note, there will be no restrooms at the ceremony site. The closest will be porta-potties a 5 minute drive up the mountain at Snowbowl Resort. Plan accordingly!
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Put your party shoes back on, and bring a jacket!
After it’s official, we’ll celebrate with tapas, cocktails and music downtown, in what once was a Basque handball court (who would have expected that one?!) built in 1926, now Annex Cocktail Lounge’s courtyard. There will be a bathroom here!
8:00 am - 10:00 am
Come grab coffee and breakfast in the lobby, or just say “see-you-later” before you hit the road (or head to Macy’s)!
