We are excited to celebrate with you and your family! While children are welcome, we understand that attending will be a significant commitment, and we want everyone to enjoy the day in the way that’s best for them. Please feel free to decide what works best for you and your little ones. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

Please look at the travel tab for some recommended hotels in Fall 2025! There will be a shuttle provided for the day of the wedding! We recommend getting a hotel at least 3 to 4 months in advance. If you are getting an Air B&B, we recommend booking accommodations 6 months in advance!

Springtime sophistication. Ladies, please wear elegant floor-length dresses or formal jumpsuits in soft pastels, florals, or light spring colors. Gentlemen, a well-tailored suit or blazer in spring-friendly shades. We look forward to celebrating with you in style! Unfortunately, this is the deadline that will allow us appropriate time to coordinate final headcount with our vendors. We would love to celebrate with you, but we cannot accept late RSVPs.

We will have our registry posted on our website, please check back in Fall 2025!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start the ceremony at 4:00pm, all guests attending will have to ride up the chair lift to the mountain top, but if you are concerned about doing so, please let the bride or groom know and we will coordinate a drive up to the top! Guests riding up the chair lift, please allot an hour to arrive and find your seat before the ceremony begins!

All invites indicating “and guest” are welcome to bring one. If you would like to bring one please ask the bride or groom and we will see if we can accommodate.

There will be! Shuttles will be provided from the two hotels listed in the transportation tab; Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn. More to follow, check back in Fall 2025!

Yes, please let the bride or groom know and we will try our best to accommodate!

Yes, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly, we will have transportation available after the wedding reception is over.

Yes! The main parking lot is very large and has plenty of parking! However keep in mind for the ceremony, parking at the top of the mountaintop will be very limited, and only on an as need basis.

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the mountaintop, and the reception will take place indoors at the Shenandoah Center. Both will take place at Bryce Resort.

How can I send the bride and groom a wedding gift?How can I send the bride and groom a wedding gift?

Answer

We appreciate any and all considerations towards gifting the bride and groom! We ask that any physical gifts be delivered to Jen and Greg’s home address, as to not worry about issues that may arise from shipping the gift from Virginia to their home address (in Hawaii!).
