What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors for the venue will open at 3 pm. We ask that you please arrive no later than 3:45 pm. There will be buses to transport our guests to and from the hotels.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing all shades of white. (For example, a suit and tie or well-tailored blazer and dress pants are preferable for men. Jumpsuits and mini, knee-length and midi cocktail dresses are great options for women.)

The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation. Unfortunately, no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

There is a designated smoking area which is the only place smoking is allowed on the property. It is located on the north side of the building where the reception room doors lead to the parking lot. All butts must be disposed of inside the provided canisters. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors at all. The venue is a tobacco-free and drug-free building. If guests, invitees, or other individuals are found to be engaging in illegal activity such as smoking marijuana on the premises, the venue reserves the right to call the authorities. Security will be checking on compliance and operating on a 1 strike policy.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is free on-site parking at the venue. There will be bus transport to and from the GrandStay Hotel in Cambridge and Best Western Hotel in Isanti. Please see the travel page for more information. Please ensure you have safe transport from the venue if you will be consuming alcohol and do not plan to use the buses.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Yes, you may leave your car at the venue overnight. You must remove your car by noon the following day.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes it is! The venue has handicap accessible parking spaces, bathrooms, and an elevator to access the upstairs.

What if it snows?

Answer

We decided to have our wedding in Minnesota in February because we love the snow! With that said, please check the weather forecast the week of the wedding and plan safe travel if the forecast shows a chance of snow. While we want to see all of our family and friends on this special day, your safety is more important to us, so please do not risk traveling in unsafe conditions!

We will have a hosted bar with signature cocktails for cocktail hour. The bar will be a cash bar only starting at 6 pm.

Yes, the bar will accept major credit cards.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a buffet for dinner and options for those who have food allergies or dietary restrictions. You will be able to indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
