When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than May 16th, 2026. It is an eventful weekend in Red Wing, MN, so we also encourage all guests to reserve hotel rooms as soon as possible!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before this to allow for parking and finding a seat!

What should I wear?
Answer
We can't wait to see all our loved ones dressed up for our big day! Please dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. Think elegant, polished outfits suitable for an evening out or special celebration. Dresses, jumpsuits, dressy skirts or slacks with blouses are all great options. Suits or dress slacks with button-down shirts or blazers are perfect for men. Kindly no jeans, casual wear, or attire in colors typically reserved for the bride such as white or ivory.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Skyroom at Red Wing Golf Course. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. There is a paved walkway for easy access, but guest seating will be on grass - so please plan your footwear accordingly. The reception will be held indoors. In case of bad weather, the ceremony will move indoors.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available onsite at the golf course. Cars may also be left overnight and picked up the next morning at your earliest convenience. We also have a complimentary shuttle to transport guests to and from hotel blocks - please see the Travel tab for more details. We encourage guests to utilize this option!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We've hired an amazing photographer to capture every special moment, and we can't wait to share these photos with you! We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
You can let us know on your RSVP form or reach out directly - we'll do our best to accommodate you with our caterer!
