Rehearsal (BRIDAL PARTY ONLY)

FOR BRIDAL PARTY ONLY: We will do a quick rehearsal, in my Bridal Suite (Room #335) at the Westin, before meeting everyone else in the lobby. That way we can all walk to the water taxi together, for a beautiful boat ride along Riverwalk- down to Armature Works for food and drinks, but still practice the big day.

We will meet in the lobby and walk together to the Water Taxis. It’s right over the bridge, less than .25 mile. We’ll be heading that way at 5:50PM, so don’t be late! The water taxi leaves at the half hour mark, every hour and you’ll need to buy tickets.

Casual / Going out downtown
We won’t be staying out late, but we thought it would be awesome to see everyone the night before and take the Pirate Water Taxis down Riverwalk. The view of Downtown Tampa, from the water, is incredible and there’s multiple stops at great restaurants and bars. One of which is Armature Works. It has many different restaurants options under one roof, so it will be perfect for a large group. We’ll grab dinner and then have a drink with everyone at the rooftop bar, the M Bird. We will meet everyone in the lobby at Westin and walk to the water taxis together. The cost per ticket is $23 ($13 for kids under 12), but that gives you 24 hours unlimited rides. There are 14 stops along Riverwalk, so it might be perfect for Saturday too, when you’re exploring the city. You can always just Uber and meet us there too!

Bus to and from Chapel

We will be renting a brand new Coach bus, so everyone can sit back and enjoy the beautiful ride over the Causeway Bridge! We ask that you ride, if at all possible. Not only will it make the Bride happy, but it will be fun and take the stress out of the night. It will pick up/drop off at the Westin Waterside roundabout, which is attached to Jackson’s, where the reception is being held, for extra convenience. Please meet in the lobby at 3:00PM and be ready to promptly leave at 3:15PM, so everyone can arrive at the Chapel by 4PM, when the music begins.

We will provide a Coach Bus, to and from the ceremony and reception/hotel locations, so everyone arrives together. Music begins at 4PM, so please be seated. Ceremony will begins at 4:30PM.

The Coach bus will bring you right back to the roundabout at Westin/Jackson’s, where the wedding and hotel are. Cocktail hour is from 6:30-7:30PM, so you will have plenty of time to grab whatever you’ll need from your room, freshen up and maybe have a cocktail, before the festivities begin.
