Airports

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is the closest airport to the wedding venue. However, Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne/Orange County (SNA), and Long Beach (LGB) may offer more options for you. LAX, SNA, and LGB are all about the same drive time to the venue. Returning to the airport is another story... greater L.A. commuter traffic is still a thing. If you will be seeking car rental, we suggest considering LAX or SNA first.

Mt. Baldy Resort Camping with the Bride and Groom!

Daniel and Jenn will be camping just feet from the reception site under the full moon! We invite everyone to camp with us. There are two options for camping. Both options include breakfast in the morning. 1. BYOT. Bring Your Own Tent (and sleeping bag/gear)! Price = $20 per person +tax (includes breakfast Sunday Morning) 2. Pre-set tents with raised beds. Can accommodate 2-3 people via one full-size mattress and an additional single. Must bring your own sleeping bag(s). Price = $100 per tent + tax (includes breakfast in the morning) There are only 11 Pre-set tents. We hope to hold these for our out-of-town guests and those whom may not like camping, but want to keep celebrating with us! Please RSVP on the site WITH your camping preference so we can accommodate you. These tents will be reserved through us and not the website at the are closed for the season the weekend of our wedding. If you wish to camp, but don’t have your own gear, please reach out to Daniel and Jenn for tips on borrowing or cheap rentals. Please note, there are no showers on-site. There are restrooms and a water station at the Lodge. But no potable water or flush toilets up the hill at the campsite.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Claremont

Camping with us is easiest, but we understand not everyone may wish to do so. Unfortunately, there will be an on-going fundraiser on the mountain same day as our wedding. Thus, most of the cabins in Baldy Village have been booked. So this is the next best option! We are looking into a shuttle from the hotel to help with the short, windy drive. Ride share companies will drop off at the parking lot of our wedding venue, but it may be difficult to get home. Stay tuned for details about shuttle...

House Or Rental

Mount Baldy

There may be cabins available at the Snowcrest lodge, which is walking distance from the ski lift, but I am waiting to hear back from them. They have been under construction, but will hopefully be done by our wedding. There are a couple other options as well. Reach out to Daniel or Jenn for more details.
