FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. Guests are kindly asked to arrive between 2:00 PM and 2:45 PM to allow time for seating. Guests arriving after 2:50 PM will be seated in the balcony. Please note: To avoid confusion, all wedding guests should enter through the main front doors of the church, as other events will be taking place on the property that day.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will be semi-formal — think cocktail dresses and suits (tie optional). That said, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate — we promise, no judgment here! Your presence is what matters most to us. Color coordination is not required, but feel free to channel your beachy vibes with ocean hues, shimmer, and whatever makes you feel magical.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Can we take photos during the ceremony? We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during our ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture this special moment, and we’d love for everyone to be fully present with us as we say “I do.” Once the ceremony is over, you’re welcome to take pictures during the reception! We also ask that you wait to share any photos on social media until after we’ve posted our own—thank you so much for helping us keep this moment intimate and special.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue space and seating limitations, we’re unfortunately unable to offer an open +1 policy. When we sent out the links to our wedding website, each guest was asked to complete their information individually. If your invitation included a +1, you’ll see a spot to add their name when you RSVP or they will have their own invitation to RSVP. If you’re unsure whether a guest has been allotted a +1, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to clarify! Thank you for understanding as we work to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly love all of your little ones! However, due to limited seating and venue capacity, we’re only able to include children from our immediate families and a few honored young guests. If you’re unsure whether your child is included in our guest list, please don’t hesitate to ask—we’d be happy to clarify. We sincerely wish we could celebrate with everyone and appreciate your understanding as we make our day as special and comfortable as possible.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website! As a blended family, we’re fortunate to already have everything we need to make our house a home, so instead of traditional gifts, we’ve created two special ways to celebrate with us. You can contribute to stocking the bar for our wedding celebration or help us create unforgettable memories on our honeymoon. Your love, presence, and support mean the world to us—thank you for being part of our story!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a limited open bar, featuring a selection of beer, wine, and our signature “couple’s cocktails.” We will also be offering fun, dinner-themed drinks to match the evening’s menu. We hope you’ll enjoy sipping, celebrating, and toasting with us throughout the night!
