We’re Getting Married!

Cody and Jennifer first crossed paths while working at Marshall’s in Vallejo, CA. At first, they never imagined anything beyond friendship. They started spending time together, mostly with Cody letting Jennifer borrow his computer for school. It wasn’t until the following year, in 2008, that they became official. Over the past 16 years, they've faced their share of ups and downs, but each moment has been a chance to grow, learn, and build a beautiful relationship together.

While in Paris, standing in front of the Eiffel Tower, Jennifer was terrified to go to the top. Cody had planned to propose there, but with the crowds and Jennifer feeling overwhelmed, it just didn’t seem like the right moment. As the evening went on, Cody suggested one last photo in front of the tower. As they took the picture, he dropped to one knee! Surrounded by so many people, Jennifer was completely shocked—especially since she’s so shy! It turned out to be the most unforgettable moment of their lives.
