August 10, 2021 - They meet Jennifer began a new position at Canyon Creek Country Club as the Private Events Director, where Chase was working as the Director of Maintenance and Facilities. September 2021 - Just friends Chase and Jennifer begin spending time together after work with his friends. Chase eventually invited Jennifer to a fish fry at his apartment. His cooking skills impressed her. October 2021 - Spending more time together. Jennifer and Chase begin spending more time together attending concerts. She is smitten by his dancing and singing skills. Thanksgiving 2021 - In a Relationship Jennifer and Chase decide to take their friendship to the next level and begin dating after a George Strait Cover Band concert at Legacy Hall. Summer 2022 - Proposal preparations About a year later, Chase begins proposal preparations and requests permission from family members for his great grandmother’s ring. Jennifer has no clue but is beginning to ask about future plans to see where his head is at. October 11, 2022 - Asking for Jennifer's hand Chase meets with John and asks for Jennifer's hand in marriage after dropping off their guns at a repair shop. What a smart man he is, waiting until AFTER John was unarmed before asking for permission to marry his only daughter! October 21, 2023 - The Engagement Story Chase and Jennifer made plans to see a Luke Combs cover band at Lava Cantina with friends that day. Jennifer was not feeling very well and did not feel like going out. She was in "jeans and t-shirt" mode, but Chase kept telling her that all of the girls would be in jeans and boots, and that she needed to dress up. Jennifer then decided to get a haircut to make herself feel better. On her way home from her appointment, her rental car died in a Racetrack parking lot. At this point she was not about to go anywhere. Meanwhile, Chase purchased a gift card to Davio‘s Northern Italian Steakhouse and told her that he received this gift card from a coworker, Amanda. Jennifer quickly went home to freshen up, even though she was not up to going out. They went to dinner, and Jennifer noticed Chase acting a little squeamish. After the meal was over, Chase got down on one knee and asked Jennifer the one question she had been wanting to hear since August 10, 2021. Of course, she said, yes! Jennifer was very glad she decided to go out that night! After dinner, they drove to a concert at Lava Cantina where friends were waiting to celebrate. The band was in on the plans and played the couple's favorite song, "Beautiful Crazy" and dedicated it to the happy couple. June 3, 2023 - Wedding Day The best day of their lives - the day they become The Clarks❤️
