Schedule
**You will receive 2 masks on the bus on Friday night. Please wear the paper mask on Friday and the premade mask on Saturday. We ask that you wear your mask when on the bus, in lines, and until you are seated.
If you are not taking the bus, you will receive masks upon arrival at the venue.
Friday Schedule:
4:30pm: Shuttle Bus will transport bridal party from Ethan Allen to Wedding Location
5:00pm: Rehearsal (Wedding Party)
5:30pm: Shuttle Bus will transport all other guests from Ethan Allen Hotel to Wedding Location
6:00pm: Welcome Dinner
8:00pm: Shuttle back to Ethan Allen Hotel
Saturday Schedule:
3:00pm: Bus leaves from Ethan Allen Hotel FOR ALL GUESTS
3:30-4:00pm: Guests arrive and find seating of their choice for the ceremony
4:00pm: Ceremony
4:30pm: Cocktail Hour: Guests remain in pool area for drinks and snacks
5:30pm: Guests enter tent and the celebration begins
10:00pm: Shuttle bus takes all guests back to Ethan Allen Hotel
