As masks are no longer required in outdoor settings in Oregon, we are no longer wearing masks. However, we have quite a few healthcare workers and immunocompromised guests in attendance and we expect everyone to be respectful to all guests regardless of if they decide to wear a mask throughout the wedding or not.
Of course! Right now, all of our food will be completely free of nuts, oysters/shellfish, and oranges. We have also been conscious of our vegetarian, vegan, and GF friends as we are choosing food and caterers. Please reach out to us directly with specific concerns and we will definitely pass them on to our caterer!
Nope! Please, wear what makes you comfortable. For anyone out of town: October in Oregon can get quite chilly and rainy, so please prepare accordingly. Our venue is indoor-outdoor, with heaters and wind/rain covers for our pavilion. In addition, while the entire venue is ADA accessible, there are grassy, sandy, and forested areas. If you are wanting to explore the venue a bit, then definitely wear (or bring) appropriate shoes.
No need to worry about sending an RSVP now! We will need final guest counts/allergies/etc about a month in advance, but we will remind you! However, if you are absolutely sure one way or another, feel free to let either of us know!
We care about your health and safety as well as our own. We know this might be a sensitive topic for some people, and it's everyone's right to choose whether or not they get vaccinated. However, for our wedding, we have decided to put safety first. This includes decreasing our original guest list number, requiring proof of vaccination of vendors and guests, and adhering to all CDC, Oregon government, and venue guidelines.
We encourage children be old enough to sit still for longer periods of time. We do have open bodies of water at the venue that can be a slip-risk - if you have any concerns that your child may walk off unattended or fall into the water, we ask that you find alternative care for our wedding. We are more than happy to help research this for you if necessary! We know that many of you are coming from outside of Oregon and leaving your kids at home is not an option, if you have any questions, concerns, or would like to discuss with this us directly please reach out to either Jenn (503-929-3921) or Casi (864-395-0818)
