Jenn and Bryant met through a mutual friend while they were both living and working in Ocean City, Maryland. Both sharing a love for the beach, sun, and the ocean, it was fitting that they had met on the boardwalk while Jenn was working at Hammerheads Bar and Grille. Bryant and Jenn became friends shortly afterward and would grow closer as they became teammates on several different intermural sports teams during the off-season months. In June 2016, Bryant asked Jenn on their first date which was at Sunset Grille in West Ocean City, Maryland. One date (and three shots of Patron) turned into several more dates and one month later, the two became boyfriend and girlfriend. In April 2017, the couple moved in together with their dog, Reef, where they spent the next year together in Ocean Pines. In March 2018, the couple moved to a larger home and expanded their little family by four paws when they adopted Lola. The couple discussed the future and both Bryant and Jenn knew that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives living happily ever after. On the evening of December 2, 2019, Jenn had returned home from a work meeting while Bryant was at the grocery store. Upon arriving home, Bryant had asked Jenn to go into the kitchen to pour a shot a tequila for the two, to end a long and exhausting workday. When Jenn returned to the living room, she discovered a box sitting on the table. Jenn looked at Bryant in complete surprise and he led her by the hand in front their Christmas tree where he dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him. Jenn said YES and the engaged couple celebrated the evening by calling their closest friends and family to share the exciting news. The wedding planning began soon after and couple cannot wait to spend the next two hundred years together!
