We want everyone to have an amazing (and safe!) night, so here’s the honest scoop—ride sharing (Uber/Lyft) is available in this area, but late at night it can be unreliable. Long wait times and cancellations are common, so we wouldn’t recommend relying on it as your only plan. What we suggest instead: Coordinate with friends staying nearby and share rides Book a car service in advance (great for couples or small groups) - see Travel tab for suggestions Arrange a shuttle or van if you’re traveling with a larger group Wine country has excellent transportation options (sprinter vans, SUVs, and mini buses) that can be reserved ahead of time and make the evening much more seamless. Many guests are staying in nearby towns like Petaluma and Sonoma, so grouping up with others in your area is a great way to simplify transportation. Planning ahead will ensure you can relax and fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about getting home.
Yes. Plenty of parking is available
There is no hotel block. Accommodations in Sonoma can be limited and often higher in price, so we recommend exploring nearby towns such as Petaluma, Sonoma, or Glen Ellen—all within a short drive of the venue.
We recommend booking as early as possible, as September is a busy season in wine country and availability can fill quickly.
Cocktail attire. Think polished and elevated—suits, dresses, or dressy separates. Please keep in mind the outdoor/indoor setting when selecting footwear.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception and dancing. Evenings in Sonoma can cool down, so we recommend bringing a light layer.
While our celebration will be primarily adult, we will be including a few immediate family children. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
