Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal attire: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. Ladies: The ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy area, so you may want to avoid pick heels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available on site at Wandering Oaks!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love the little ones, our wedding will be an adults only affair!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Wandering Oaks. The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by dinner and dancing inside of the barn space. The barn is an open air space, so please be sure to check the weather for nightly temperatures. Should it be cooler in the evening, you may want to bring a jacket or shawl.

Absolutely! Please indicate your dietary restriction on your RSVP and we will be sure to let the chef know!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
A shuttle will be provided for our guests from the Westin hotel. The shuttle will depart at 2:30PM for our venue. Please be outside and ready to depart in front of the hotel lobby.

What will the weather be like in Sarasota?
Answer
Sarasota is beautiful in March, with average daily high temperatures increase from 74°F to 78°F. It will be pleasantly warm and breezy. Be sure to check the weather before departing!
