Can I bring a guest?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate guests who are named on the invitation and RSVP at this time.

How do we get to the wedding venue?

Answer

A shuttle will depart from the Park Hyatt Mendoza hotel to transport all guests to the venue at 5:45 p.m. the day of the wedding.

What is the weather in Argentina like in December?

Answer

December is summer weather and will be in the 80s during the day. A light sweater is recommended for evenings, which tend to be cooler.

Do we need an electricity converter?

Answer

Yes. You will need a voltage converter and power adapter for Argentina. Amazon has many 2-in-1 converter/adapter options available specifically for Argentina. Please note that most plugs in Argentina will require a Type I adapter (three flat pins in a v-shape), but some older plugs may require a Type III adapter (two round pins, typically used in Europe).

What type of money do they use in Argentina?

Answer

Pesos are the standard currency in Argentina. Most Argentinian establishments accept Apple Pay and all major U.S. credit cards. However, we note from personal experience that American Express is less frequently accepted in Argentina.

Are there any requirements to travel to Argentina?

Answer

You must have a valid passport that is not set to expire within 6 months or less of your travel dates. You do not need a visa to enter Argentina, unless you plan to stay for longer than 90 days.
