Question

Will you livestream the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The Livestream will be broadcast on AsuCatholic’s YouTube channel ( https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCtw3rqGXVS-6JocByU5-B_g/featured ) and on asuCatholic.org at 1 pm Arizona time.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony: There is no parking onsite, please consider the following parking options: * 221 E 7th street parking lot (first come first serve) * ASU Foundation parking garage * Metered Parking There is free parking onsite for the reception.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be serving Mexican street tacos with the options of steak, chicken, and pork! Along with rice and beans, agua frescas, and many salsa options!

Question

Are you taking any precautions with COVID-19?

Answer

Temperatures will be taken outside the venue before being let in. We will require guests to wear masks, ensure social distancing, and have many hand sanitizing stations around the venue and ceremony. This will require everyone to work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone in attendance. Both venues for the ceremony and reception are large enough to allow for safe social distancing.

Question

Is the wedding ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held inside the church. If you do not feel comfortable attending the ceremony, you can still RSVP only to the inside/outdoor reception! Additionally, if you arrive at the reception and believe that you cannot maintain safe behaviors or otherwise feel unsafe, please do not hesitate to leave early.

Question

Will you be offended if I cannot attend due to COVID-19?

Answer

NO! We understand that these are difficult times for everyone due to the current pandemic. In fact, if you do not feel safe attending, we ask that you please do not attend. We would much rather celebrate our marriage with you at a later date than have you feel forced to attend an event that you do not feel safe at.

Question

I started showing symptoms of COVID-19 or come in contact with someone the week of the event, now what?

Answer

We hope that this does not happen to anyone. However, if you are feeling symptoms the week of the event, please do not attend. We would not hold it against you, and would be appreciative of the selflessness. To avoid such a scenario, we ask that everyone in attendance be especially wary of their actions and precautions in the time prior to the event.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like to know your plans by September 1st. However, we understand that these are strange times such that if you do not have an answer by that date, please let us know when you expect to know by. Then when you do finally know whether or not you can attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you want to bring a date and did not get a plus one, please reach out to us. We might be able to accommodate your date!
