Yes! We’re happy to provide transportation for guests staying at the two hotel blocks we’ve reserved. The Hampton Inn will have a small shuttle provided directly by the hotel, which will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, we will be providing a larger shuttle that will service both the Comfort Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn, running trips to and from the venue to help accommodate more guests. More specific timing details will be shared as we get closer to the wedding weekend!
Yes, there is ample free parking available at the venue. Since the wedding will be held at a golf course, onsite parking is free and conveniently located near the main event area, making it easy for guests who prefer to drive themselves rather than take one of the provided shuttles. If you require accessible parking or special accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can assist.
The dress code for the wedding is formal attire with a touch of summer style. Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear suits and ties or jackets with dress slacks. For ladies, cocktail dresses or formal sundresses are appropriate. As the ceremony will take place on grass, we recommend avoiding stilettos or narrow heels and opting for wedges, block heels, or flats. Light, breathable fabrics are encouraged to stay comfortable during the indoor/outdoor celebration while maintaining a polished and refined look.
The venue will open at 4:00 PM to welcome guests. Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:30 PM, as there will not be access to the venue before 4:00 PM. The event will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
To maintain an intimate and meaningful celebration, we kindly request that only those individuals listed on your invite attend, as our guest list was thoughtfully created. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or children beyond the names included. If you have any questions about your invite or who is included, please refer to your invitation or save the date envelope. Should you need further clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to assist. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
