Where is the ceremony and reception?

Our wedding day will include a brief courthouse ceremony followed by a full reception celebration. Ceremony 4:30 PM Georgetown Annex 100 Wilco Way, Suite 204 Georgetown, Texas 78626 The courthouse ceremony will be a short and intimate exchange of vows. Guests are welcome to attend, but please feel free to join us directly at the reception if you prefer. Reception 5:30 PM Diamond Barrel 1101 County Road 284 Liberty Hill, Texas 78642 Following the ceremony, we’ll celebrate with dinner, drinks, and dancing at Diamond Barrel. This will be the main celebration, and we can’t wait to spend the evening celebrating with everyone.

Should I attend the courthouse ceremony?

Answer

The courthouse ceremony will be a brief and intimate exchange of vows at 4:30 PM. Guests are warmly welcome to attend, but please feel free to join us directly at the reception if that works better for your schedule. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at Diamond Barrel.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you plan to attend the ceremony, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early, as courthouse ceremonies begin promptly.

What if I only plan to attend the reception?

Answer

That is absolutely fine! The courthouse ceremony will be a brief exchange of vows, and we completely understand if guests prefer to join us directly for the reception. The main celebration will take place at Diamond Barrel starting at 5:30 PM, and we can’t wait to celebrate the evening with everyone there.

The reception will begin at 5:30 PM at Diamond Barrel with drinks, dinner, and dancing to follow.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at the courthouse and reception will be in an air-conditioned barn. Keep in mind Texas weather can be warm in June, so plan accordingly!

Dress code is dressy casual. We want everyone to feel comfortable but festive!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Diamond Barrel has plenty of parking on-site. Rideshares are also easy to arrange if you prefer not to drive - and encouraged if you plan to celebrate with drinks!

How far apart are the ceremony and reception locations?

Answer

The ceremony and reception venues are about 20 minutes apart by car. Georgetown Annex → Diamond Barrel Guests attending the ceremony should have plenty of time to travel to the reception before the celebration begins.

Is there a timeline for the evening?

Answer

We’ll kick things off with a brief ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing. Expect the night to wrap up around 10:00pm.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have beer, wine, and signature cocktails. Non-alcoholic options will also be available for anyone who prefers.

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest major airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), about 45 minutes from Liberty Hill.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes! Please RSVP on our wedding website by May 20, 2026 so we can finalize plans for dinner and seating.
