Jen and Alex met in Las Vegas in the fall of 2015. They both worked at CarMax and Alex had just transfered out of his car salesman position and into the back office, where Jen was working. It did not take long for Alex to become the office funny man as he started to tell jokes and silly stories. Jen began to look forward to working shifts with her funny new coworker and soon they became office friends. Through several sticky note exchanges and meetings standing next to one another, Alex contiuned to make Jen laugh. As funny as he is handsome, Jen started to fall for him almost right away. Alex though was oblivious, and it took Jen several tries at asking him on a date. And soon after, an office romance began to bloom by the summer of 2016.

First date

Jen and Alex’s very first date, with just them two, was at an IHOP. After they ate, they sat outside on a bench and talked until 3 in the morning.

Proposal

Nov. 28, 2020

Alex proposed in front of the castle at Disney World. Which to Jen, a huge Disney lover, was perfect. ❤️
