The ceremony will begin at Elan Ballroom. When you enter the property of Chateau through the gate, you will see a building directly in front and a building on the right. Elan Ballroom and the wedding will be held at the building on the right which is called The Inn. Follow signs to "The Inn". After entering the Inn, go down the stairs and proceed straight past the Christmas tree into the conference center. Elan will be on the right. Take a right after the second intersecting hallway and it will be on your immediate right.
Cocktail hour will be held in the hallway that connects Elan Ballroom and Monte Carlo ballroom. The wedding reception is held in Monte Carlo ballroom which is across the hallway from Elan ballroom.
The dress code is formal. Suits and dresses are required. The wedding theme is blue. Please wear any shade of blue.
There is no hotel block. You may choose to stay at Chateau itself or Hampton Inn Braselton which is located within the Chateau Elan property. There is a complimentary shuttle between Chateau and Hampton Inn.
Chateau Elan has multiple parking lots onsite and parking is complimentary for day guests. If you plan on staying the night at Chateau Elan's The Inn, there is an overnight charge. Overnight parking at Hampton Inn is complimentary.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Doors to the ceremony will close at 4:20pm to avoid any interruptions. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park and find a seat.
Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors. Ceremony will be held at Elan Ballroom and reception will be held in the Monte Carlo Ballroom.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will addressed within your wedding invitation and when you RSVP.
