Alec and Jen were both Cardinals at Ball State University. Alec was a senior in his last year on campus, and Jen was in her sophomore year. Good thing they started talking in the hallways of Hargreaves Music Building that year! Fun Fact: Their first trip out of town together as friends was to the Midwest Clinic in Chicago, along with Jen's high school friend, Claire Dickson. Flash foward, Claire is officiating their wedding! Soon after, Alec and Jen would burn some cookies together in Jen's dorm, and fall in love.
