After a random Facebook friend request sent by Adam, a few months later we agreed to meet in Madison, WI (where Jennifer was living) while Adam came up for a weekend to visit his friend. In typical Jen+Adam fashion, we decided we would lift together on a Saturday morning at Madtown Fitness, and then we would see where the rest of the day led. We spent the rest of the day together on Adam's Harley all over Madison- our favorite stop being Chrissy's Landing on the lake, grabbed breakfast together the next day, and even went to another gym before Adam had to head back to Oregon, IL. We knew our first date this was "just different" and the rest is history!

We got engaged January 16, 2022 on a long weekend trip we received for Christmas from Jennifer's parents (some plotting was involved) to Door County. We were on a sleigh ride- that Adam insisted we book the "private" one for- where he popped the question and Jennifer was completely surprised! Door County will always be one of our favorite places!
