For the best experience, we recommend flying directly to Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport in Rome, Italy (best known as Fiumicino airport) Consider taking an early flight and possibly staying an extra night in Rome at your expense due to flight travel and time difference. Train transportation and car rentals are available at your expense (Details to follow). 🚂 🚘 Airfare ticket cost with United Airlines from El Paso, TX for one person, as of 02-02-25 is $1,466.00 ✈️ American Airlines from El Paso, TX for one person, as of 02-02-25 is $1,600.00! ✈️ Airfare ticket cost with United Airline from Boston, MA as of 3-16-25 is $1,738 ✈️ American Airlines from Boston, MA as of 3-16-25 is $799 to $1,323 ✈️ (prices may vary and can change). We want you to relax and safely enjoy our destination wedding. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation 🚎 to and from the Fiumicino airport and the venue (pick up and drop off times will vary). Shuttle transportation is for 09/04/2026 and 09/07/2026 only. Please indicate when you RSVP that you will need the transportation covered and the time you will be needing it. As we get closer to the date and we know when guests are arriving we will post accurate pick up and drop off times.

Our wedding will be held at (venue name will be poted soon). For lodging arrangements, we encourage you to explore the beautiful selection of nearby villas where you can choose the perfect fit for your stay. We will be posting a list of villas available near our venue soon.

Train

Trenitalia, Italo

Train transportation is available at your expense. 🚂 It is the best and easist way to get around. Traveling by train offers beautiful views of the Italian countryside, especially when passing through mountainous regions. Tickets range from $15.00- $50.00. The trip requires at least one change of trains. There is a direct train that goes from Fiumicino airport directly to Orte station (Orte train station is closest to the venue, Orte train station is about 9 1/2 miles by car or taxi, approximately 19 minutes away). You will still need to arrange a bus or taxi from the Orte train staion to the venue in Amelia. -The trip from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Amelia, Umbria is about 78 miles long abot an hour and a half by car. -There are usually 21 trains per day. -The train runs from 5:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m about every 30 minutes. -The main rail operators on this route are Trenitalia, Frecciarossa, and Italo. You can purchase train tickets at the train station, train station kiosk, or online and or download the apps. The sooner you purchase your tickets the more affordable they are.
