When do I need to RSVP by?

Please let us know by March 1 by RSVPing right here on our website so we can finalize plans. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 4:00–4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests not to arrive earlier, as we will be taking photos before the ceremony.

Is parking available?

Parking is limited at the venue. We kindly encourage guests to carpool or ride together whenever possible.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Because our wedding is a smaller, intimate gathering, we’re only able to host the guests named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate in a more personal setting.

Are children welcome?
Answer
While we would love to include everyone’s children, we can only accommodate a few close family little ones for the ceremony. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Yes, both will be held at the same beautiful waterfront location.

How long is the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be short and sweet, followed by a few photos, cocktails, and dinner.

We’ll be enjoying dinner catered by Mission BBQ, with vegetarian options available. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

Coastal Casual. Think light, comfortable, and appropriate for an outdoor waterfront setting.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
Yes, weather permitting. The ceremony and reception will take place right on the Chesapeake Bay, so please plan accordingly.

We have a plan in place to keep everyone comfortable, rain or shine.

Will it be windy or chilly?
Answer
Evenings on the Bay can be breezy. A light jacket or wrap is recommended.

Are there recommended hotels?
Answer
While we didn’t reserve room blocks, we suggest staying in Chestertown, MD for the best hotel options nearby.
