Getting to the Venue
The Willow is slightly removed from the Phoenix metro area, requiring a 30-45 minute drive from most lodging options. Entrance to the property includes a short, well-maintained dirt road that is traversable in any standard car. On-site parking (directly outside the venue) is available for all guests. Ride-share services can also reach the venue, though wait times may be slightly longer than the standard.
About The Space
The Willow is a private and intimate venue that seamlessly blends indoor & outdoor spaces. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the venue lawn, followed by cocktail hour on a partially shaded patio. The reception will be held inside a temperature-controlled building with main doors open to the outdoor spaces if weather allows.
Weather, Comfort, & What to Expect
Temperatures can fluctuate quite a bit in Arizona during February – Plan for a warm afternoon and a cooler desert evening. Shaded areas and an indoor reception area will be available to guests, but we recommend bringing sunscreen, a light wrap, or anything else you may need to stay comfortable outdoors.
