Yes, we will arrange a shuttle from the Hoxton in Williamsburg to Bayside Historical Society for out-of-towners (Brooklyners, Uber can take you there easily). At the end of the night, there will be another shuttle back to the Hoxton for everyone, along with a separate shuttle to the afterparty. (Please note there will only be one shuttle, not a rotation. Also note that it's possible to call an Uber from the venue if you'd rather do that.)
Parking is available on the streets inside Fort Totten Park around the venue.
After much consideration, it should be noted that this wedding is for adults only. We want all parents to be able to relax and let loose for one night without any distractions. So get a babysitter for the night and have some fun! (We have recommended babysitter info from friends, let us know if you need some help)
The venue is a historic building on parks department property, so there is no smoking inside or outside the venue- you would need to leave the grounds of Fort Totten. Bring your juul if you must!
As a matter of fact, the NYC Marathon will be the following morning - Sunday, November 3rd. Expect lots of street closures and make sure, if you're flying out of NY that day, that you save plenty of time to get to the airport. Please also book your lodging ASAP!
