Both! We just ask that guests choose one or the other to attend.
Yes! Both the FL and PA celebrations are kid-friendly. The FL celebration, however, will not have kid-centric activities whereas the PA celebration, being on the farm, may be better suited for little ones to run wild.
We are a funky couple and encourage our friends and family to let their freak flag fly at our celebration of love. What does that actually mean? Summer dresses, skirts, dressier shorts and flip flops are all fair game. As are wings, wigs and whatever you feel funky in. Jennica will be wearing a wedding dress of sorts and barefeet; Alex will be in casual slacks, no socks with dress shoes & a button down. Bottom line, whatever you feel comfortable in, we encourage.
Generally around 45 minutes but it could be up to an hour depending on beach traffic.
The ceremony is in a residential neighborhood. There should be ample street parking. However, we always encourage carpooling for the environment's sake. The brewery is also in a neighborhood but there's also plenty of parking.
In Florida, we recommend taking advantage of Airbnb. St. Pete is a very cool city within 40 minutes from the Gulf beaches. Staying in the city generally is more reasonable cost-wise than staying on the beach and the city has a lot of funk (art, breweries, museums, bike trails) to offer! If you're curious about what neighborhood may suit you best, just get a hold of either of us and we'll help you out! If you prefer a hotel over Airbnb, the following are very close to the reception in downtown St. Pete: -Staybridge Suites at 940 5th Ave S -Hilton at 333 1st St S -Hollander *cute boutique hotel* at 421 4th Ave N.
After the FL reception, we will embark on a brewery crawl through downtown St. Pete. We would love for you to join!
It's hot in July in PA and the wedding will be indoor/outdoor at Mother Earth Farm; so we encourage you to wear something that's comfortable for the weather! It's also on a farm, so flip flops, sneakers, rain boots are all totally appropriate.
There are a few hotels in the area (Hilton Garden & Hampton Inn are both nice). Indiana is pretty small so both are close to the farm. Camping on the farm is also an option for the adventurous!
0 miles :) ceremony and reception are both located on the Farm.
There is plenty of parking at the Farm.
After the wedding we will have a bonfire for anyone who is able to stay into the evening.
