Ceremony + Reception Rehearsal - Walk Through

Casual walkthrough for those involved in the ceremony + reception. Our event coordinator (or someone from her team) will be there to facilitate. After we rehearse, we'll walk to The Way Station for BBQ dinner and drinks!

We set up this time to mingle with our guests who traveled and any locals who also want to attend. We reserved a portion of the outdoor patio for this party, but Mac's will be open to the public and there will be a live band playing! Bring $10 cash to pay for your cover at the door. This money goes directly to the band! Also, please bring your debit cards/cash to cover your own drink tabs. PS. This venue is for adults 21 and up. Sorry kiddos.

Wedding Day Bike Ride
8:00 am
Bike clothes, Helmet, Water bottle, Sunscreen!
If you want to go on a mountain bike ride with Charlie before the wedding, meet at The Lodge at 8:00am. If anyone is hungry or needs coffee, y'all can stop by Good Earth grocery on the way out for the ride. Charlie will lead the ride (as always). Charlie says "it's an "easy ride" that will probably take about two hours." Expect to stop for a beer on the way back to Fairfax. If you need a bike to ride, reach out to Charlie! Special Request from Jenni -- Charlie needs to be back in time to shower, eat lunch, get dressed, and arrive at Bolinas Park by 1:00pm for first-look and family pics. If you're going on the ride with him, can you help keep him on time?? Thank you <3

Snacks, entertainment, dinner, and drinks are on us! Come thirsty and hungry -- we got you! For those who can hang! From The Lodge, we'll walk down to Peri's (.5 mile) for drinks, dancing, and unfiltered silliness. We have the outdoor patio reserved, but Peri's will be open to the public too. Let's give the locals of Fairfax somethin' to talk about! Bring $5 to pay cover for the band plus your debit cards/cash to cover your own drink tabs. We covered a special late-night snack delivery at 9:00pm for those who are in it to win it! PS.
