Our ceremony will be nestled in a picturesque woodland setting on our property. Guests are invited to enjoy a scenic walk up the hill, winding through the trees and past our charming cabin. Follow the trail to the right, which leads to a beautiful open field where we'll exchange our vows. For those who may find walking challenging, we'll provide shuttle transportation to ensure everyone can comfortably attend our special moment.

What’s a Maypole Dance?
Answer
The maypole dance is a traditional folk dance, typically performed during springtime festivals like May Day, where dancers weave colorful ribbons around a tall, decorated pole. This ceremonial dance is a survival of ancient pagan rites celebrating spring, fertility, and the renewal of life after winter. We will be doing this shortly after the ceremony and encourage everyone to join if you’d like!

The ceremony will start around 12/12:30. Please arrive early if you don’t want to feel rushed to get up the hill and down the trail to the ceremony.

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration but please be mindful of our photographer and don’t interfere!

Rain or shine, our love story will unfold beautifully! As we're celebrating in the Pacific Northwest, we're well-versed in embracing unpredictable weather. While we're hoping for perfect conditions, we're fully prepared for any forecast. Our ceremony will continue as planned outdoors, and our reception is comfortably situated indoors, guaranteeing a seamless and joyful celebration no matter what the sky brings. We kindly ask guests to be prepared for potential rain and dress accordingly.

Our wedding menu features delicious street tacos catered with chips, zesty salsa, and creamy guacamole. To satisfy your sweet tooth, we'll also have a decadent full dessert bar that promises to delight every guest.
