Dinner Time (Buffet Style)

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

We’ll call tables one at a time—please wait until yours is called. Dinner Menu BONELESS BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB Seared, slow braised 3 hrs. Finished with a veal stock, pinot mushroom demi-glace. SAFFRON RISOTTO GRILLED SALMON MEDALLIONS With tarragon horseradish cream. SALAD OF SUMMER GREENS Local baby lettuces tossed with a pear-shallot dressing, English cucumbers, shaved fennel, blueberries, and chopped herbs. Crumbled Gorgonzola served on the side. PLATTER OF ROASTED ASPARAGUS FARRO SALAD Farro, arugula, orange segments, edamame beans, scallions, orange zest, rainbow cabbage, and colorful peppers. Tossed with herbs and a white balsamic/pear-shallot dressing.
