Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

We are having both our ceremony and reception at the Jenner's family farm in Camp Verde, Arizona. Here's the address: 2425 S Salt Mine Road, Camp Verde, AZ 86322.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Break out your boots for our country western wedding theme! We will be outside for dinner, drinks and dancing so although dress code is "cowboy cocktail" we hope you remember to wear what makes you feel comfortable.

Question

“Cowboy Cocktail”? What the heck is that & how should I dress?

Answer

Ladies might consider a nice dress with heels or boots while gentlemen might prefer nice jeans or dress pants with a button up shirt and boots…and when in doubt, remember: WEAR WHAT IS COMFORTABLE. We don’t care how you choose to look, all we care is that you come to celebrate with us.

Question

Will we be outside the whole time?

Answer

Yep! We will be outside by the grass covered riverside for both the ceremony and reception. Please keep in mind that while it may be cooler by the river, temperatures this time of year can range between 80-90F the day and drop to between 50-60F at night. We advise you to bring a jacket if you plan on dancing into the night with us and remember that ladies might want to opt for shoes that are comfortable and that maybe have a thicker heel too – as to not sink into the grass.

Question

What about drinks?

Answer

There will be an open bar available to all of our guests! We will have a riverside bar service serving some of our favorite drinks, sprits, and mixers along with a draft beer system too so you can grab a cold one on tap anytime while you celebrate with us. Last call will be at 10:30pm and the bar will become self service at 11:00pm.

Question

What about food?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet style spread of some of our favorite Mexican dishes, kindly catered by the Urias family. This spread will include homemade chips and salsa, a make-your-own-taco station with your choice of buche, carne asada and chicken along with sides such as rice and beans. We will also have an appetizer table available to our guests prior to the ceremony and a dessert table open after we cut the cake.

Question

What if I have an allergy or special diet?

Answer

Let us know so we can help to accommodate you as best we can! You can email us directly at: sarah3goodlett@gmail.com.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we invite you to use our wedding as an excuse to take a night off from parenthood…we know we can’t forget the kids! Feel free to bring your little ones to help us celebrate and share the dance floor. All we ask is that you please include them when RSVPing with us. WARNING: Any child left unattended will be given a beer and taught how to swear.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When RSVPing with us online you can look to see if you have an added "guest" within your party. This "guest" spot is your opportunity to add in your date, plus-one, family member or friend to bring along with you to the wedding. If you do not see this "guest" spot when RSVPing, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing another person with you to the wedding.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We plan to send all invites out by January 1st 2025 and ask that our guests PLEASE RSVP BEFORE MARCH 1ST 2025. (Thank you in advance!)

Question

Where should I stay if I need a hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Cliff Castle Casino Hotel in Camp Verde. Visit our “Travel” tab for more information on how to book your stay.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm on Saturday May 17th, 2025. Therefore, we are asking our guests to join us by the riverside as early as 4:00pm and no later than 4:40pm to ensure we all have time to grab a drink, say our hellos, and find a seat with family & friends. (If you are the bride's Aunt Sandy, please plan to arrive at 1:00pm. We love you but know that you'll probably be late).

Question

Is there parking at The Farm?

Answer

Yes, we will have parking for those who are driving themselves to the ceremony/reception at the front of the farm (to the right of the tree-stump lined driveway at the front entrance) where signs will be present to help our guests park.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

We will have shuttle transportation available to & from the venue space for those staying at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel. We will be sure to share more information with regarding the shuttle schedule as we get closer to the wedding.

Question

Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?

Answer

Sure! We love that some of our guests may want to capture the moment for themselves. But for those who wish to be fully present in the moment with us during the ceremony, rest assured we have hired an amazing photographer and will share pictures with you as soon as we can.

Question

What about gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is priceless! So, while gifts are always appreciated please know they are never expected of our guests. Should you want to spread some extra love, feel free to browse our online registry under the "Registry" tab. We will also have a table for gifts and cards at the wedding in case you want to add a personal touch to our special day.

Question

Can I wander around and explore the farm?

Answer

Due to the present livestock and active wildlife in the area, we kindly ask that guests do not wander away from the designated pathway and the riverside event space for safety reasons. So, although we know that the baby cows and critters are cute, we ask that you give them space and leave them be. (Marlin, if you are reading this please do not try to ride any of the cows).

Question

Can you recommend things to do in Camp Verde?

Answer

Of course! Visit our "Things To Do" tab on this website to see some of our favorite places around town. We hope you enjoy Camp Verde as much as we do.
