You can take the Amtrak from Penn Station right to the town of Hudson (you'll pass the wedding venue as you pull into town). If you're staying in Hudson, your hotel may have transportation or may be walkable from the train station. Ubers are available but spotty - we recommend making arrangements ahead of time, especially if you're arriving later at night.
Cocktail attire requested! Wear anything that makes you feel great - we fully approve if you want to whip out those crazy shoes you've never had a chance to wear to anything else. Just be aware that there's a short walk from the grass ceremony site across the street to the reception venue, so you may want to leave the stilettos at home.
Yes, there's plenty of parking at Basilica Hudson, but we strongly encourage you to take the shuttle if you plan on drinking.
Check out the Accommodations page for a list of hotels and Airbnb options. For more budget-friendly options, we recommend either an Airbnb in the town of Hudson (there are lots of cute options!) or the Holiday Inn Express outside of town. Both will have shuttle options on Saturday. If you're willing to splurge, there are some amazing hotels and inns right near the venue.
While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only party. Our wedding coordinator has a vetted list of babysitters in Hudson that we're happy to share. Reach out to Jenn and Wil for their contact info!
Let us know when you find out.
