Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our preferred hotel is an excellent boutique hotel called the Archer Hotel, located right in the heart of the Mosaic District and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. However, we also have blocks at two other great hotels across Falls Church and Tyson's Corner. Please see the Travel page for the direct link to make your reservation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a welcome event in the evening on Friday, June 19th. If you plan to arrive on Friday, please join us to catch up and share a drink. We will also host a brunch on Sunday morning. We hope you can grab some coffee and a bite to eat before hitting the road.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is summer formal. A suit, elegant cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit is perfect. Summer colors and florals are encouraged! With a 5:30 PM start, we'll avoid the worst of the DC summer heat, but please dress with a warm June evening in mind for the outdoor ceremony. When in doubt, dress up rather than down, and please reserve white for the bride!

While we love kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

What time does the ceremony start, and when should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM sharp on Saturday, June 20th, followed by a cocktail hour and reception. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early so you can get settled before the ceremony begins.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at 2941 Restaurant, located at 2941 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042. You can find more details and directions on the Schedule page.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a small lot directly outside the venue as well as a larger attached garage. The venue is also easily accessible by rideshare if you'd prefer to leave the driving to someone else.
