What is cocktail attire?

Answer

Look good, feel good, party good! For the men, dust that suit off, throw on a tie or don't and you will look stellah. If a suits not an option pull those slacks out, with a button down. For the gals, we trust you all, but just remember that you will have to walk on grass.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones — we really do! But we want to give parents the night off. This will be a kids-free wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could have an unlimited number of guests, we've reached our venue's maximum capacity. Only the guests listed in your party when you RSVP via our website are permitted to attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in the beautiful green mountains, where some may say the best maple syrup is made. Cocktail hour will be outside but undercover and the reception will be indoors. This is all dependent on the weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 min before the ceremony. The ceremony begins at 4pm so please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

There will be a trolley that will depart from the Best Western in South Burlington to Maquam at 3 PM. The return trip from Maquam is at 11:15 PM. This is first come first serve! There are a variety of different ride service options in Burlington, some of them include Vermont Shuttle, Green Mountain Taxi, and AWD VT. I would recommend booking these in advance. Note: Once in South Burlington, Ubers/Lyfts are easily accessible.
