FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 31, 2026.

Question

Do We have a room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at Hotel Sayulinda. We are working on getting a code ASAP. So long as our guests book at this hotel, we will have the hotel to ourselves Tuesday-Friday! The hotel is in the heart of Sayulita. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, beaches - and is just a 5 minute walk through town to the wedding venue! Due to a holiday, the block is valid through Friday checkout. If you would like to extend your stay through the weekend, you can call the hotel directly or book online separately.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list intimate and intentional, our celebration is limited. When you go to RSVP, any approved plus-one will automatically appear with your name. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep our celebration close-knit!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love the kiddos, but to allow all of our guests—including parents—a night of relaxation and uninhibited celebration, our wedding will be an adult-only (21+) event. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the vibe for the welcome party?

Answer

To kick off the weekend, we’re keeping things relaxed and breezy! Join us on the rooftop for drinks, tacos, and ocean views. Think smart casual with a tropical twist - fun prints, polos, chinos, sundresses, ect.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best while celebrating with us! To help you pack, think beachside elegance meets vacation chic. For the Ladies: We suggest flowy maxi dresses, midi dresses, or elegant cocktail attire in breathable fabrics. *Footwear Note: We highly recommend swapping the stilettos for wedges, block heels, dressy sandals, or flats. Much of our venue features grass and beachfront sand, and Sayulita’s charming town streets are cobblestone and uneven! For the Gentlemen: We encourage linen suits, light-colored suits, or a sport coat with dress trousers (no ties required, unless you want to!). Light, breathable fabrics will keep you cool and stylish in the tropical breeze. Our venue, Frente al Punto, sits right on the beautiful coastline, meaning we will be enjoying the ocean breeze and the sand. Dress for warm weather, but feel free to bring a light layer for when the sun goes down!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30PM. Guests are able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and enjoy a cocktail.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We love your faces, not your devices! Please put your phones away and silence them during the ceremony. We promise to share our professional photos afterward, and we can’t wait to see your best camera phone skills on the dance floor later!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

We’re going all out! The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Although the venue is right on the beach, we will not be in the sand. The venue is primarily walkways and grass.
