There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs to chose from in the city! If you want to be closer to tourist attractions we recommend choosing one downtown (Streeterville, River North, the Loop). We will be staying in the Wrigleyville neighborhood near the baseball stadium.

Chicago has two airports that are about equidistant from city center and are both great options to get to Chicago.
