Question

Will there be other people staying at the ranch?

Answer

We have reserved the entire place for the weekend! The only part of the facility open to the public are the stables. Our guests are welcome to reserve horse rides during their stay.

How do I pay for the accomodations?

Answer

Per Jenn's email, call The Circle Bar B Ranch and tell them you are with the Dobbie/Epley wedding and give them your name. They will take your payment over the phone. This must be done by Friday, June 11. Thank you!

How do I choose my room?

Answer

Jenn will be choosing rooms for everyone. We want to assure as many people can stay as possible and that some of our more "mature" guests have accomodations to meet their needs.

Where will we have our meals?

Answer

The Circle Bar B has a chef on staff and all meals will be in the dining area and will be served buffet style. There are many choices to meet many dietary needs. Please contact Jenn if you have a specific dietary question/concern. All meals will be served at the Ranch, but if you would like to bring snacks and other drinks, please feel free.

Is there a pool and spa? Do I need to bring a towel?

Answer

There is a pool and a spa! Towels are provided. Don't forget your sunscreen!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

June on the Central Coast is usually wonderful! There may be some morning overcast skies, but since the ranch is three miles from the beach the sun should come out before noon. Afternoons are usually around 77 degrees and it cools down in the evening to the 50's or low 60's. I recommend layers for the evening.
