Have you reserved a block of rooms at a nearby hotel?

Yes. We have reserved a room block at The Courtyard Philadelphia Coatesville Exton with the option of staying 1 or 2 nights. Please book your stay by Wednesday April 29, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Please visit the "Travel" section of our website to book. *If you prefer to call, please mention the bride's name (Jenn Caplan) as well as the wedding date (May 30, 2026) to receive our reduced rate.

Will there be transportation to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, a yellow school bus will serve as transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes. The hotel (Courtyard Philadelphia Coatesville Exton) has a bar that will be open until 2:00 AM for guests to enjoy.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to share the day with us!

Answer

If your invitation includes "and guest," then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.
