Will there be shuttles to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle taking you from the Best Western Grantree to the venue at 4pm and that will return you to the Best Western Grantree at 10pm or 11pm!

Is there anywhere to hang out?

On Friday 6/12/26 we have Hyalite/Clark room reserved from 11am-4pm. If you get to Bozeman early and need somewhere to hang out before you check in feel free to set your bags down and visit with other guests in this space while you wait! We have the Tamarack Room reserved 7am-4pm on Saturday 6/13/26 as well!

Can I bring my own alcohol to any events?

No - we will be providing beverages! Please do not bring any outside alcohol to the welcome party or the wedding!

When and where should I book my accommodations?

Answer

We have a wedding block at the Best Western Grantree for a great deal! Best Western has reserved us 20 rooms and will continue to add more as they fill up, but since Bozeman is quite popular in the summer we recommend you book your accommodations ASAP. Feel free to use other hotel or AirBnB options as well!
