When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

We ask that you RSVP online by February 25, 2022.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m on March 26, 2022. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ensure everyone is able to find their seats before the ceremony begins.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be provided free of charge at the venue.

Are there other transportation options?

Answer

Yes! UBER and LYFT both operate in Gainesville and Newberry. You should be able to easily get a ride to and from the venue with either company.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family members will be taking photos nearby. Guests can head straight to the reception space for a cocktail hour.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to call us with any questions!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal attire. While we are hoping for perfect weather, March in Florida can be unpredictable. The ceremony will take place outdoors, in the grass, so ladies, keep that in mind when choosing your shoes! The cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will take place in the venue's open-air barn. It's never a bad idea to be prepared for cooler weather, especially in the evening.
